Mama Moves Cards were designed by Bethany Drohmann, a dancer, mother, manual therapist, and founder of Divine Proportion Pilates. A movement expert and mama of 2 daughters, Bethany understands firsthand how pregnancy and parenthood can challenge self-care and movement time. With over 15 years experience in her field, Bethany has used her expertise to help herself as well as many others find better health, enjoyment and balance as parents. Mama Moves Cards are Bethany’s way of sharing some of those tools directly with you.
